Weekly Play Group in Canning

Hi,

My name is Alisa and I have two little ones (4 & 2) who I am/will be unschooling in the Canning area. I'm trying to meet and get together with other families who are also home/unschooling with kids of ANY age. I have arranged with the people at Ocean Spirit Studios here in Canning, to use their studio on Thursday mornings from 10 - 11am for FREE. It's a Community play group where we can get togethere to brainstorm, share resources, or just have fun.

I have old copies of some homeschooling magazines, books we read, toys to play with for little ones and crafts for the older ones. Please join us if you are in the area as it would be great to have more kids of many ages come to play!!

Please email me directly if you want directions or more information.
Hope to see you Thursday!
Alisa

FYI - As an aside, for all the paleontologists or paleontologist moms and dads out there, The Museum of Natural History will be home to the most complete Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton starting on January 15th until sometime in May. Very exciting! Just wanted to share info!
